The mansion has two floors, many rooms, including brooke's and her parents'. the rest are guest rooms and room for servants and butlers. Brookes room has a sliding door with a balcony overlooking a vast lawn. She lives with her parents and her Russian Blue kitten, Sasha and her Australian Shepherd, Kodi. There's a trampoline in the backyard. the manison itself is white with deep blue doors and shutters.

The Mansion resembles something out of a Greek Myth with it's marble pillars and balconies. There are two floors, a spacious garden and a swimming pool, not to mention the graveled drive that leads up to the Estate. The place is kept tidy by Tia, the maid. The Magnifíco household reside here, as well as their dog, Maxx.

run by the dawson's, this is a very cheap yet popular candy shop where a lot of teens happen to hang out.
